By accessing or using PROOF Protocol services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Beta Program

PROOF Protocol is currently in beta. By joining the beta program:

• •Features and pricing may change without notice
• •We may request feedback and usage data to improve the product
• •Beta access may be terminated at any time

3. Service Description

PROOF Protocol provides blockchain-based compliance record-keeping for financial institutions. We wrap API calls to create immutable audit trails on Polygon blockchain, stored for regulatory compliance (MiFID II, GDPR).

4. User Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys
• •You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• •You must not use the service for illegal activities
• •You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit

5. Blockchain & Data Immutability

You acknowledge that:

• •Blockchain records are permanent and cannot be deleted
• •IPFS data can be removed, but on-chain hashes remain
• •You should use appropriate privacy levels for sensitive data
• •Lost private keys cannot be recovered

6. Fees & Payment

Pricing is as stated on our website. Beta users can lock in current pricing before potential future increases. Payment terms will be provided upon subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

PROOF Protocol is provided "as is" during beta. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or regulatory penalties.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PROOF Protocol at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Luxembourg courts.
